General View

This component is designed to manage the different shifts within a service project. Users can see when it is their "turn" to offer service and who their shift colleagues are.

How to configure

ShifWork Management must be configured on each project. Project Administrator have got an option on "Apps" section where he/she canis committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This statement outlines our practices concerning the collection, use, and protection of your data.

• Component assign issues to a random user on the team active

User view

Within the project, non-admin users (agents) can see the active shift, the people configured on it, and the end time on a simple page.
